Completely not related to Skin or Make Up

I just tried to google myself and about 8 bizzillion pages popped up many with subjects in Italian-I want to know what the hell I need to do to pop up on google as the first subject...
Anyone know? If so, please fill me in because it really annoys me not to see myself (I really believe I am that important that this question is bothering me at 5am...)
